Where do I see the student results for a LabSim Assessment?
You can see the student results for a LabSim Assessment in two ways:
1. The grades page on the LearnSci platform
As an instructor, when you click on a LearnSci LabSim assessment you can access the grades page by selecting Attempts.
On the grades page you will see a table of results for all in progress and completed student attempts. You also have the option to download the table of results in various file formats including .csv and .xlsx.
You can review the individual students work by selecting Review attempt.
If the LabSim activity has more than one page you can see how many pages were completed. A circle with a tick indicates that page of the activity was completed successfully. A smaller circle with no tick indicates the page was not completed.
Students will gain marks for each page they complete and will only be awarded full marks for the LabSim if they complete every page in the activity successfully.
2. In your VLE/LMS gradebook - if you are using the grade synchronisation option
If your LabSim Assessment is set up with grade synchronisation, you can also view the overall student grades for completed attempts in your VLE/LMS gradebook. If you require this functionality, make sure you request grade sync on the LabSim Assessment request form and follow the relevant grade synced integration guide from our VLE/LMS integration section. It must be set up correctly form the start for the grade synchronisation to work.
